Network Bandwidth

In Tower Networking Inc., all <color blue>devices</color> has a finite <color blue>bandwidth capacity</color> (unless you're playing in easy mode). When a device's bandwidth is exhausted, it cannot facilitate <color blue>network traversals</color> anymore and the effect is visible on the device either by physically looking at it or by using <color blue>netsh</color> routines such as <color blue>watch</color>.

The bandwidth capacity of a device can be inspected using <color blue>net</color> routine or the <color blue>watch</color> routine using the <color blue>netsh</color> application. If the <color blue>network load</color> is consistently at 100%, then the device is likely to be <color blue>overloaded</color>.

<color blue>Risers</color> also have bandwidth capacity, which are shown using the <color blue>tower link</color> application. It is shown as as the limit of **utilization (traversals/tick)**. If the utilization consistently hits 100%, then the link is <color blue>overloaded</color>.
