Resident End Users (Individual/Families)

Resident users are entities that are domiciled in the tower. Typically, residents are consumers and require an assortment of network connectivity services to be satisfied.

Residents may be interfaced with an ethernet or fiber optic outlet to your network. Aside from the status panel next to their network interface, you can also inspect the conditions of all the users under your jurisdiction by using the Surveyor application.
